Boat Slip Reservation Cancellation Policy

UPON EACH RESERVATION INQUIRY, THE CUSTOMER SHOULD BE NOTIFIED OF OUR CANCELLATION POLICY AS FOLLOWS:

• Upon completion of reservation, 100% of the reservation amount will be authorized and held with a Credit card.

Holiday Weekend Cancellation Policy

• Bay Creek Marina cannot provide refunds for unused reservations for any holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day). However, Bay Creek Marina will provide a credit equal to the amount of the reservation (Good for a future stay (or stays) within twelve months following the scheduled arrival date and subject to availability) as long as Bay Creek is notified of the cancellation at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival.
• If foul weather (as defined by a small craft advisory on the Lower Chesapeake Bay exists, generally from Smith Point, MD to Cape Henry, VA) prohibits passage to Bay Creek, Bay Creek Marina will apply 100% of the reservation amount for a future stay (or stays) within twelve months following the scheduled arrival date - subject to availability exists for twelve months following the scheduled arrival date.

Non-Holiday Weekend and Weekday Cancellation Policy

• Non-Holiday weekend and/or weekday reservations may be cancelled with at least seven (7) days notice and 100% of slip fees will be refunded.
• Cancellation within seven (7) days of the scheduled arrival date cannot be refunded but are reusable for a future stay (or stays) within twelve months following arrival date - subject to availability.
• If foul weather (as defined by a small craft advisory on the Lower Chesapeake Bay exists, generally from Smith Point, MD to Cape Henry, Va) prohibits passage to Bay Creek, Bay Creek Marina will apply 100% of the reservation amount for a future stay (or stays) within twelve months following the scheduled arrival date - subject to availability exists for twelve months following the scheduled arrival date.
