Slip Rates and Features

Boat Slips

Constructed of superior Brazilian Walnut decking, our 124 floating, fully-cushioned single loading slips can accommodate boats up to 150 feet and have no overhead obstructions. Slips are open to the public; our slip amenities and services include:

  • Fuel
  • Sewer Pump-out
  • Electricity & Water
  • Cable TV & Wireless Internet access
  • Luxury Bathrooms, Showers, and Lockers
  • Swimming Pool
  • Laundry Facilities
  • Trash Area

Slip Leasing Information

Slips at Bay Creek Marina are available on transient, short term and long term leases. Leases are available on a first-come first-served basis and require a deposit equal to one month’s rent, or the lease can be paid in full at the time of signing. Annual Lease - 12 Months
$8.00/ft. per Month. ($7.60/ft. per Month if prepaid in full.) Electricity Individually Metered. Annual Slip Holders receive 25% discount on monthly dry storage at Severn River Marina - just ask!

Seasonal Lease - 6 Months
 Summer (April 15 - October 15) $11.00/ft. per Month. ($10.45/ft. per month if prepaid in full.) Electricity Individually Metered.

Winter (October 15 - April 15) $7.00/ft. per Month. ($6.65/ft. per Month if prepaid in full.) Electricity Individually Metered.

Monthly Lease
Summer (April 15 - October 15) $14.00/ft. per Month. Electricity Individually Metered.

Winter (October 15 - April 15) $8.00/ft. per Month. Electricity Individually Metered.

Daily Transient (Holiday weekends subject to a 2 night minimum)
Basic Slips: $2.00/ft. per Day. Electricity available: $5.00/day for 30AMP, $8.00/day for 50AMP, $20/day for 100AMP.

Premium Slips: $3.00/ft. per Day. Premium Slips afford our guests our E-Z Assist Side-to Docking which includes Free Electricity, Free Pumpout, 15% off Golf Cart Rental, 10% off regularly priced merchandise at the Complete Angler.*
